Here’s how your online (blended) First Aid and CPR training works

  1. Part 1. Online

Choose a course you would like to complete. Here you will find all of the topics that will be covered in that specific course along with other important details. This web-based portion will provide you with the theory and knowledge to educate and prepare you for your in-class training. You will be provided with your own specific login details and password. Your progress will be automatically saved so you can come and go as you please. You will also need to choose a date from the calendar to sign up for the in-class portion of your training. Note: You will have 90 days to complete both your online and in-class training once you have received your login information at the start of the program. In order to proceed to the in-class session, you will need to achieve an 80%, in the online component.

Once you have completed the online portion of your chosen program, you will then receive an electronic certificate stating you have passed the online portion. This is WSIB-recognized proof of temporary certification. Valid for 90 days. Upon completion of your in-class component, you will be sent your full certification the next business day.

  2. Part 2. In-class

This consists of an in-person visit to one of our training facilities. Here you will meet our amazing Healthcare Provider staff that will provide you with hands-on lessons and demonstrations to help you gain confidence in your First Aid and CPR skills. Upon successful completion of the in-class portion, a certificate will be emailed to you, stating your successful completion of your chosen course.

The onsite training portion of the course is currently occurring at 120 Eglinton Ave. E Suite 202 Toronto, Ontario M4P 1E2. However because of the on-going COVID-19 pandemic the location is subject to change. Please contact us for any questions about the onsite training location.

  3. Bonus

Each course comes with CPR/AED Level C certification; meaning, you will learn Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and Choking First Aid at no extra cost. Our goal is to make you the ultimate First-Aider and to be able to confidently help those having medical emergencies.

It was an actual story that progressed through the program, very neat. Very-well priced for the amount of material and knowledge you receive. You also get a book. Highly recommended.

  • Their elearning was very informative, and they send you a welcome email with a FREE digital first aid book which was very helpful to complete the program! The scenarios are engaging and made it very easy to learn. It also saved my progress so I could access it from my tablet on the go and my desktop at home, so that was nice!

  • I work in the healthcare field and I am required to take CPR yearly for my job. Because of certain restrictions due to COVID, I found it very challenging to find a company who could provide certification. I came across Heaven Can Wait and their online eLearning course. This was a mix of online and in-class training. I truly enjoyed this way of learning, the attention to detail I found during this certification was outstanding. A great reference manual was also provided. I highly recommend this company and their programs!

  • I’m a student at Humber College in the Personal Support Worker accelerated program. I just finished the online CPR and BLS lessons and I have to declare that it was really enjoyable!

I really liked the animated and narrated videos (with the option to have captions), the real life scenarios, the multiple choice quizzes, the illustrations, the ease and flow of learning, the quick tip videos etc. I also like that I was able to participate on my mobile phone as well as on the computer! It was engaging, interesting and interactive! You really thought of it all! I learned so much and remembered just as much which is great!
